📜 Kabul ve Kapsam

Zyon uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

Bu Koşullar; Zyon mobil uygulaması, web sitesi ve ilgili tüm hizmetler ("Hizmet") için geçerlidir. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

  • Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabi olup Türkçe metin esas alınır
  • İngilizce metin yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlı sunulmaktadır
  • Koşulları kabul etmek için 18 yaşında veya ebeveyn/vasi gözetiminde olmanız gerekmektedir

🌟 Hizmet Tanımı

Zyon; astroloji, tarot ve mistik içerik alanında kişiselleştirilmiş deneyimler sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmetlerimiz şunları kapsar:

  • Günlük & haftalık burç yorumları – kişiselleştirilmiş astroloji içeriği
  • Tarot okuma – yapay zeka destekli kart yorumları
  • Numeroloji – isim ve doğum tarihi analizleri
  • Doğum haritası – natal chart hesaplama ve yorum
  • Uyum analizi – burç ve doğum haritası uyumu
  • Kahve falı & el falı – görüntü tabanlı fal okumaları
  • AI AstroCoach – yapay zeka ile kişisel astroloji koçluğu

Tüm içerikler eğlence ve kişisel gelişim amaçlı sunulmaktadır. Zyon herhangi bir içeriğin doğruluğunu veya belirli bir sonuç vermesini garanti etmez.

👤 Kullanıcı Hesabı

Zyon'ye yalnızca OAuth 2.0 yöntemiyle (Google, Apple veya Facebook) giriş yapılabilir. Uygulama hiçbir şifre oluşturmaz veya saklamaz.

  • Hesabınız yalnızca size aittir; başkasına devredilemez veya paylaşılamaz
  • 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılar uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyn ya da vasi gözetiminde kullanabilir
  • Hesabınızda yanlış veya yanıltıcı bilgi bulunması hesabın askıya alınmasına ya da silinmesine yol açabilir
  • Hesap güvenliğinizden siz sorumlusunuz; şüpheli durumları derhal bildirmeniz gerekmektedir
  • Uzun süreli hareketsizlik halinde hesabınız pasif duruma alınabilir

💎 Kredi Sistemi

Zyon Kredileri ("Krediler"), uygulama içi özellikler için kullanılan dijital birimlerdir.

  • Krediler satın alma, ödüllü reklam izleme veya referans programı aracılığıyla kazanılır
  • Referans bonusları, davet ettiğiniz kullanıcı Uygulamayı etkinleştirdiğinde hesabınıza yüklenir
  • Krediler nakit para değildir; iade edilemez ve başka bir kullanıcıya aktarılamaz
  • Hesabınızın kapatılması veya silinmesi durumunda kullanılmamış krediler kalıcı olarak silinir
  • Zyon, önceden bildirim yaparak kredi fiyatlarını veya kredi değerlerini değiştirebilir

⭐ Premium Abonelikler ve Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar

Zyon Premium abonelikleri ve uygulama içi satın almalar, Apple App Store ve Google Play Store altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.

  • Abonelikler, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği takdirde otomatik olarak yenilenir
  • Ücretler, satın alma tamamlandıktan sonra ilgili mağaza hesabınıza yansıtılır
  • Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce hesabınızdan tahsil edilir
  • Yasal zorunluluk olmadıkça tamamlanmış satın almalar için iade yapılmaz
  • Ücretsiz deneme süreniz varsa, deneme başlamadan önce iptal etmezseniz ücretlendirme başlar

Apple App Store'da abonelik iptali: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler → Zyon → İptal Et

Google Play Store'da abonelik iptali: Play Store → Hesap → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Zyon → İptal Et

🤖 Yapay Zeka Destekli İçerik

AstroCoach ve bazı fal yorumlama özellikleri, OpenAI teknolojisi kullanılarak oluşturulmuş yapay zeka destekli içerik sunar.

  • Yapay zeka tarafından üretilen içerikler; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya psikolojik tavsiye niteliği taşımaz
  • Tüm içerikler eğlence amaçlıdır; önemli kararlarınızda uzman görüşü almanız önerilir
  • Konuşma geçmişleri ve fal içerikleri kalıcı olarak saklanmaz; yalnızca oturum süresince tutulur
  • Yapay zeka, ırkçı, ayrımcı veya zararlı içerik üretmesi için kullanılamaz
  • Yapay zeka çıktıları zaman zaman hatalı veya güncel olmayan bilgiler içerebilir

Zyon, yapay zeka destekli içeriklerin doğruluğu veya belirli bir sonuç üretmesi konusunda hiçbir garanti vermez. Kullanıcı, aldığı kararlarda tamamen kendi sorumluluğunu kabul eder.

🚫 Yasaklı Kullanımlar

Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır ve hesabın derhal kapatılmasına neden olabilir:

  • Uygulamayı veya API'lerini tersine mühendislik, decompile veya kaynak kodunu elde etmeye çalışmak
  • Bot, scraper veya otomatik araçlarla Hizmete erişmek
  • Yetkisiz üçüncü taraf araçlarla API erişimi sağlamak
  • Sunuculara veya ağ altyapısına zarar verecek faaliyetlerde bulunmak
  • Başka bir kullanıcının hesabına veya verilerine erişmeye çalışmak
  • Yapay zekayı zararlı, aldatıcı, ırkçı veya yasadışı içerik üretmek için kullanmak
  • Spam, dolandırıcılık veya kimlik avı faaliyetleri yürütmek
  • Hizmetin normal işleyişini bozacak herhangi bir eylemde bulunmak

Zyon uygulaması, içerikleri, tasarımı, logoları, marka adı ve tüm ilgili fikri mülkiyet hakları Zyon'ye aittir veya lisanslıdır.

  • Size yalnızca kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı verilmektedir
  • Bu lisans; ticari kullanım, yeniden dağıtım veya türev çalışma üretimini kapsamaz
  • Uygulama içi içerikleri kopyalamak, çoğaltmak veya dağıtmak yasaktır
  • Zyon adı ve logosu önceden yazılı izin alınmadan kullanılamaz

⚠️ Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Hizmet, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.

  • Astroloji, tarot ve benzeri içerikler; yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır ve bilimsel temeli yoktur
  • Zyon, içeriklerin doğruluğu veya kararlarınızın sonuçları konusunda sorumluluk kabul etmez
  • Hizmet kesintileri, teknik hatalar veya veri kayıpları için sorumluluk kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde sınırlıdır
  • Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (App Store, Google Play, OpenAI vb.) kendi hüküm ve koşulları geçerlidir
  • Zyon'nin toplam sorumluluğu hiçbir koşulda son 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarı aşamaz

🔄 Değişiklikler ve Sona Erme

Zyon, bu Koşulları istediği zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler için kullanıcılar uygulama bildirimi veya e-posta yoluyla bilgilendirilir.

  • Değişiklikler yayınlandıktan sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir
  • Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Hesap Silme sayfasından kapatabilirsiniz
  • Bu Koşulların ihlali durumunda Zyon, önceden bildirim yapmaksızın hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya silebilir
  • Hizmet tamamen sona erdirilirse kullanıcılar en az 30 gün öncesinden bilgilendirilir

⚖️ Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yargı Yetkisi

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku çerçevesinde yorumlanır ve uygulanır.

  • Bu Koşullardan doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlıkta İstanbul Merkez (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir
  • Uyuşmazlıklar öncelikle müzakere yoluyla çözülmeye çalışılır
  • Türkiye dışında ikamet eden kullanıcılar için uluslararası tüketici koruma mevzuatı saklı kalmaktadır

📜 Acceptance & Scope

By downloading, installing, or using the Zyon application ("App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to the Zyon mobile application, website, and all related services ("Service"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the Turkish text is authoritative
  • The English version is provided for informational purposes only
  • You must be 18 years of age or older, or use the App under parental/guardian supervision

🌟 Description of Service

Zyon is a mobile application offering personalized astrology, tarot, and mystical content experiences. Our services include:

  • Daily & weekly horoscopes – personalized astrology content
  • Tarot readings – AI-powered card interpretations
  • Numerology – name and birth date analysis
  • Birth chart – natal chart calculation and interpretation
  • Compatibility analysis – zodiac and birth chart compatibility
  • Coffee fortune & palm reading – image-based fortune readings
  • AI AstroCoach – personal astrology coaching powered by AI

All content is provided for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes. Zyon does not guarantee the accuracy of any content or any particular outcome.

👤 User Account

Zyon uses OAuth 2.0 (Google, Apple, or Facebook) exclusively for sign-in. No passwords are created or stored by the App.

  • Your account is personal and non-transferable; sharing it with others is not permitted
  • Users under 18 may only use the App under parental or guardian supervision
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination
  • You are responsible for your account's security; report any suspicious activity immediately
  • Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be set to passive status

💎 Credits System

Zyon Credits ("Credits") are digital units used to access in-app features.

  • Credits are earned through purchases, rewarded ads, or the referral program
  • Referral bonuses are credited to your account once your invited user activates the App
  • Credits have no monetary value; they are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts
  • Unused credits are permanently deleted upon account closure or deletion
  • Zyon may adjust credit pricing or credit values with prior notice

⭐ Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Zyon Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Charges are applied to your store account upon purchase confirmation
  • Renewal charges are collected at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Completed purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
  • If a free trial is offered, charges begin unless you cancel before the trial expires

Cancel on Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zyon → Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Google Play Store: Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zyon → Cancel

🤖 AI-Generated Content

AstroCoach and some fortune-reading features deliver AI-generated content powered by OpenAI technology.

  • AI-generated content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
  • All content is for entertainment purposes; seek qualified professional advice for important decisions
  • Conversation histories and fortune-reading content are not permanently stored; they are retained only for the active session
  • The AI must not be used to generate racist, discriminatory, or harmful content
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccurate or outdated information

Zyon makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content or any specific outcome. Users accept full responsibility for decisions made based on the content provided.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App or its APIs
  • Accessing the Service via bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Gaining API access through unauthorized third-party tools
  • Engaging in activities that damage servers or network infrastructure
  • Attempting to access another user's account or data
  • Using the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, racist, or illegal content
  • Conducting spam, fraud, or phishing activities
  • Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the Service

©️ Intellectual Property

The Zyon application, its content, design, logos, brand name, and all related intellectual property rights belong to or are licensed by Zyon.

  • You are granted only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App
  • This license does not cover commercial use, redistribution, or creation of derivative works
  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing in-app content is prohibited
  • The Zyon name and logo may not be used without prior written permission

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

  • Astrology, tarot, and similar content are for entertainment purposes only and have no scientific basis
  • Zyon accepts no liability for the accuracy of content or the outcomes of your decisions
  • Liability for service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • Third-party services (App Store, Google Play, OpenAI, etc.) are subject to their own terms and conditions
  • Zyon's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months under any circumstances

🔄 Changes & Termination

Zyon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notification or email.

  • Continuing to use the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
  • You may close your account at any time via the Delete Account page
  • Zyon may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation
  • If the Service is discontinued entirely, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

  • Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms
  • Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
  • International consumer protection laws remain applicable for users residing outside Turkey
